Terms and conditions
These general sale conditions apply to all sales made at www.nordbergwatches.com. Any order of a product appearing on the online store requires prior acceptance of these terms and conditions. This site is normally accessible at all times to users. Interruption due to technical maintenance can however be decided by www.nordbergwatches.com who then attempt to communicate the date and time of the operation beforehand. www.nordbergwatches.com is owned by Johan Hegardt. Similarly, the legal notice may be modified at any time: however, the user is encouraged to refer to it as often as possible in order to be informed.
In the case of non-performance of contract due to extraordinary circumstances (such as fire, floods, strikes etc.) Nordberg Watches disclaim all responsibility for sale interruption. Similarly, Nordberg Watches cannot be held responsible for liabilities arising from data loss, hacking, viruses, or other unforeseen problems.
Prices are expressed in SEK. The price indicated in your shopping cart after your address has been validated, invoice, and customer space is the total price, including all taxes if you are eligible. It includes the price of products, handling, packaging and transportation costs. Nordberg Watches reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, the price in the catalogue on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer. Please note that Nordberg Watches isn't responsible to pay duties and taxes at the import of the watch.
You have 2 year after receiving the package to write us if there are any manufacturing defects. This does not apply to damage due to direct or indirect misuse or abuse. Nordberg Watches reserves the right to determine if the product is covered under warranty program. Please write us to know how to proceed. Refer to “Contact” page.
